Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Tablet Documentation in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and report security-related concerns. - Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
- Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
