Sr. Project Manager / Project Manager (IAM Modernization)The Kentucky Office of the Attorney General is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical transformation and modernization initiatives within Child Support Services. The primary focus will be managing the implementation of a new Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution while partnering with stakeholders across OIS, COT, and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure.Manage IAM and cybersecurity transformation projects.Drive identity lifecycle modernization and Zero Trust initiatives.Lead large-scale migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms.Develop project plans, schedules, status reporting, and governance artifacts.Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.Manage risks, issues, dependencies, testing, cutover planning, and change management.Facilitate workshops, secure approvals, and ensure successful project adoption.Required QualificationsDeep expertise with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.Experience leading Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementations.Strong knowledge of: Authentication and identity security, Provisioning workflows, Access controls, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, Enterprise security architecture.Proven leadership of technical and engineering teams.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred ExperiencePublic sector, health and human services, or child support modernization projects.Experience with: Azure / AWS, Azure SQL / AWS RDS, API Management / API Gateway, Control-M, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, Lucidchart, Postman.Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred CertificationsPMPCertified ScrumMaster (CSM)PMI-ACPCISMMicrosoft Azure CertificationsAWS CertificationsIdeal CandidateThis role is best suited for a senior-level technical project manager with a strong IAM background who can effectively bridge business and technical teams while leading security-focused modernization efforts in a large enterprise or government environment.Everforth Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection.
