Production Team Lead

Job Description Our client, Food Production Industry, is seeking a Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Team Lead you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting Food Production Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift Location: LeCenter, MN Pay Range: $25/hour + $3/hour shift differential Shift: 3:30pm-2am What's the Job? Oversee a production area of 8-16 team members to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency Coordinate daily department activities to meet production goals within scheduled timeframes Maintain and communicate tracking of daily KPIs and progress to team members Support continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives within the department Ensure all safety and quality standards, including GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000, are followed diligently What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of manufacturing or food production experience Basic computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Office, and email Ability to operate and assemble production equipment when necessary Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability Bilingual- Spanish or Somali (speaking, writing, reading) is helpful What's in it for me?
