3rd Shift Press OperatorA company in Avilla, IN is looking for a 3rd Shift Press Operator to support rubber molding operations. This role involves operating press machines, ensuring product quality, and working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Operate rubber molding press machines to produce valve seal componentsLoad raw materials into machines and remove finished productsInspect parts for quality and ensure they meet production standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and production guidelinesMeet daily production goalsWork Environment: Hot manufacturing environment. Repetitive work with a focus on quality and consistency. Standing for long periods.Physical Requirements: Lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Push and pull up to 50 pounds. Frequent use of hands for small parts. Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.Qualifications: Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work overtime as needed. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.PPE Requirements: Tennis shoes required. Safety glasses required.
