Warehouse Quality Auditor

As a Warehouse Quality Auditor, you will play a vital role in protecting our team members, facility, and company from illegal activities. Your contributions will help improve our operations by suggesting and implementing ideas that enhance efficiency and create a secure working environment. Conduct daily activities and generate reports as assigned. Monitor team members, vendors, vehicles, and equipment entering and exiting the facility to ensure compliance with Company, Federal, and State regulations, policies, and procedures. Provide feedback to your supervisor regarding any exceptions, incidents, or relevant information. Ensure adherence to all Company security standards, policies, and procedures. Deliver customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Act with purpose and a strong sense of urgency in all tasks. Be willing to work overtime as needed and flexibly across various shifts. Safeguard the confidentiality of all sensitive information. Demonstrate accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work. Effectively manage tasks within set timeframes and fixed deadlines. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks or projects while being familiar with retail distribution technical terms and processes. Ability to perform essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence effectively. Proficient in presenting information clearly in one-on-one and small group situations with customers, clients, and colleagues. Aptitude for basic mathematical operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Skill in solving practical problems and addressing a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. Competence to interpret a range of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must be at least 18 years of age. Willingness to pursue further education as needed.
