Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist Opportunity at Springhill Village * Registered Nurse/RN License Required * The Staff Development Coordinator / Infection Preventionist is responsible for leading and coordinating the facility's staff development and infection prevention programs. This dual-role position provides education, training, skills competencies, clinical observations, and quality assurance audits while also overseeing infection prevention and control initiatives to promote a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Data Management and Analysis: Monitor, track, audit, analyze data and trends for educational opportunities. Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
