Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of high-volume AP experience including working with vendors to resolve invoice issues.ResponsibilitiesMaintain vendor files including 1099 maintenanceResearch vendor statementsReview and process AP checks ensuring accuracyProvide outstanding customer service to vendorsPrint checks as needed and prepare checks for mailingMonitor the AP phone line and inbox, responding to requests in a timely mannerReview, process, and sort incoming physical and electronic mail (for the AP department)Education Required: xhyhwjd Associate's degree is a plus - equivalent experience may be substitutedExperience Required:3+ years AP experienceExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work independently and maintain a high quality of work, void of errorsKnowledge of AP software systems
