Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is an on-site position based in Milwaukee, WI. The Real Estate Agent will work directly with buyers and sellers to guide them through all stages of real estate transactions, including property showings, market analysis, offer preparation, and negotiation. Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, managing leads, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies. The agent will use The Borowski Group’s systems and tools to manage listings, update CRM records, and ensure accurate documentation. Participation in team meetings, training, and local community or networking events is expected to support ongoing professional growth and business development. Qualifications Hold a valid Real Estate License and up-to-date knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices. Strong Real Estate and Real Property expertise, including contracts, market trends, and property valuation. Effective sales skills with the ability to convert leads, negotiate deals, and meet performance goals. Excellent customer service capabilities, including clear communication, active listening, and responsiveness to client needs. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, digital document platforms, and online listing tools. Ability to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI, including local travel for showings, meetings, and events.
