Benefits: 401(k) Bonus based on performance Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off We are currently seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist for an established, state-of-the-art, busy, family-oriented Oral Surgery practice serving Berkeley and Albany. Hours: M-F 8am-5pm. Our employees are friendly, talented, and system-oriented. The practice emphasizes teamwork and collaboration. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, achievable bonuses, generous paid vacation, competitive pay, medical benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: Greeting and checking in patients; verifying patient demographics, collecting co-payments, and updating insurances. Answering, screening, and routing phone calls professionally. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments. Verifying insurance benefits. Treatment coordinating. Billing. Candidate Requirements: Oral Surgery/Dental experience preferred. Prompt, professional, self-motivated, energetic, positive team player with excellent organizational skills.
