We are looking for dependable individuals ranging from entry-level laborers to experienced crew members and future crew leaders. Benefits Unilock Authorized Team PTO Eligibility Annual Bonuses $250 Sign On Bonus Classification 1099 Independent Contractor Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation projects Install mulch, plants, edging, and landscape improvements Assist with patio and retaining wall construction Load and unload materials and equipment Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely Maintain clean and organized job sites Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Reliable and ready to work Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Landscaping, hardscape, construction, or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Valid driver's license preferred Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift Compensation & Benefits $16.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience and position placement Weekly pay Paid training Opportunities for advancement Consistent full‑time hours Steady seasonal work Schedule Full‑time Seasonal Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Work Classification This position may be structured as either an employee or independent contractor role in accordance with applicable state and federal guidelines.
