Management Assistant-DIREST HIRE AUTHORITY

Duties
Serve as the squadron subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs.
As the expert in the administrative field, provide advisory, consulting and reviewing services for the squadron and all support functions.
Gather data and prepares reports/briefings.
Perform a wide variety of technical and administrative work in support of unit objectives to include scheduling operations, preparing schedules, updating action plans, Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs).
Excercise functional responsibility over the Squadron's administrative functions.
