IT Support Specialist 2

Answer, evaluate and prioritize user requests for assistance with hardware, software, client networking, telecommunications, and audio‑visual technologies. Provide support for S&N mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, etc.) and document work in ServiceNow Incident Management. Lead on‑site IT hardware logistics and depot operations, coordinating intake, storage, redeployment, and returns. Maintain IT asset inventory accuracy in the ServiceNow asset management system. Provide remote connectivity support and basic printer/copy maintenance. Handle warranty claims with IT equipment vendors and support audio‑visual and video‑conferencing equipment. Assist on‑site with backup of network servers and environmental monitoring as needed. What will you need to be successful? A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Minimum 4 years of delivering high‑quality desktop support services. Strong experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with Active Directory user administration and root‑cause analysis. Excellent customer‑service and communication skills. Strong time‑management, planning, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
