Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician

We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each and every customer they are assigned. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team. Responsibilities Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week. The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week. The ability to utilize a smart phone for our Pool Brain mobile platform. The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office. Assist with pool-related projects (e.g. opening/closing; safety cover and vinyl liner installations; deck repairs; caulking; pool painting). Other duties as assigned. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. High school degree and Certified Pool Operator License preferred. Compensation Full-time and part-time positions are available with compensation based on experience. Candidates who can work independently at any level can earn at least $22/hour.
