Account Setup Coordinator (Data Entry)

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Account Setup Coordinator (Data Entry) in Minneapolis, MN. Summary: This role is high data entry with a large number of requests per month. The candidate will be inputting data, validating data, and inputting a file. You will be independently working to process the work by the end of the day. This team is not client facing at all, this is a back- end office support role. The work is primarily data entry either via manual keying or uploading Excel files into a processing tool. Responsibilities:

Responsible for working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers
Acts as the primary internal contact
Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable
High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
Data entry experience
Intermediate Excel experience
Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have:

Time management skills - ability to prioritize and work through a queue of work
Ability to work through high volume of work with high accuracy
Critical thinking skills - be able to assess the whys behind what you are doing
Problem solving skills
Banking industry knowledge
Claims processors - mortgage/banking preferred
