Job Description
We are seeking an Account Setup Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume data entry and intermediate Excel skills and a proven ability to deliver accurate, same-day processing of queued work.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and validate high volumes of data with accuracy and completeness.
- Upload and process Excel files within internal processing tools and systems.
- Work independently to process assigned requests by end of day service levels.
- Perform back-office support tasks that are not client facing, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven data entry experience with high accuracy in a volume-driven environment.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency, including formatting, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Skills:
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize a work queue and meet daily deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess process steps and exceptions.
- Banking or mortgage claims processing background.
- Prior experience as a Data Entry Clerk or Specialist.
Work Arrangement & Location:
- Hybrid schedule. Training on site full time for the first 2-4 weeks.
- After training, mandatory in-office Tuesday through Thursday each week.
- Worksite: U.S. Bank Plaza, 200 South 6th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402.
- Nearby parking is contractor paid. Public transportation is available.
Additional Details:
- No overtime required. Optional overtime may be available during peak volumes.
- Conversion is possible but not guaranteed and may be within other areas of the organization.
