Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating quality leads as well as following up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The Inside Sales Representative directly supports the achievement of sales goals by discovering and identifying qualified opportunities and collaborating with Outside Sales Representative to win deals. Other responsibilities include following all processes in the CRM and ensuring data accuracy, partnering with marketing to identify event opportunities in alignment with sales strategy and organizing/attending events to network and generate leads. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative should proactively conduct research on market trends and competitors' products. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Responsibilities Actively source new sales opportunities through cold‑calling and emailing. Develop in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits. Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers. Create a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process. Follow up on sales inquiries made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls. Set up face‑to‑face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong oral and written communication skills. Effective time‑management and multi‑tasking skills. Ability to stay organized and be detail‑oriented. Demonstrates passion for solving problems or helping others and takes initiative in driving continuous improvement/execution excellence. Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to self‑manage and multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills. Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional work experience. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Proven sales experience. Must be local to an IT Solutions Office Location.
