IT Project Coordinator

THE ROLE: Project Coordinator Job Summary Presidio is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our East Coast team – must be able to work 10am-7pm EST. Travel Requirements This position does not require any travel. Job Responsibilities Serve as the Presidio Field Service main point of contact for customer over the lifetime of the project. Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals, and milestones to meet project deadlines. Create and maintain technical documentation as needed and distribute to the field resources. Adhere to budgets and keep projects on track for successful completion. Work collaboratively with the Presidio Field Service team and customer team to create rollout schedules based on geographical needs, blackout dates, and time restrictions set by customers. Host daily/weekly project status meetings both internal and customer facing. Produce project P&L reports and project exception reporting. Process project invoicing and project change orders as specified in the project SOW. Responsible for knowledge transfer across all teams and maintaining client satisfaction through the life of the project. Required Skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Experience with interpersonal and presentation skills including client-facing consulting skills. Ability to coordinate projects efficiently. Good organizational skills; detail-oriented. Self‑motivated and desire to succeed. Previous experience (CAT5e & CAT6) and fiber (Single & Multi‑Mode) cabling (preferred). Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience. 3+ years of related experience in managing or coordinating infrastructure deployment technology projects.
