We are a boutique recruiting firm looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management and a passion for building and maintaining relationships. Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the professional service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Recruiting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. No degree, but have the gift to build relationships, operate in fast paced setting and passion to talk on the phone, put your resume in today for consideration
• Demonstrated professionalism and high integrity
• Microsoft office experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong decision-making skills.
