Bookkeeper Position

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper to assist with our financial recordkeeping. This role will support our accounting team by handling day-to-day transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reports. The ideal candidate should have intermediate bookkeeping knowledge and be comfortable working under guidance while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recording financial transactions in accounting software
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Support payroll and financial reporting tasks
• Help maintain organized financial records
• Follow company procedures and assist with compliance

Qualifications:

• Some prior bookkeeping experience (intermediate level)
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to follow instructions and work collaboratively

Preferred:

• Associate's degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or related field
