AI Product Manager

Responsibilities AI Roadmap Ownership: Define and maintain the AI product roadmap, ensuring a clear vision for integrating advanced AI technologies into the product suite and aligning it with business objectives. Feature Definition and Prioritization: Identify, define, and prioritize AI‑driven features based on customer feedback, competitive insights, and technical feasibility. Work with cross‑functional teams to refine these features into detailed, actionable plans. Zero‑to‑One Product Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of new AI products—from ideation and rapid prototyping to scaling and market launch—focusing on delivering transformative value and achieving product‑market fit. Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Partner with engineering to develop and validate AI PoCs, testing new ideas for feasibility and impact before scaling. AI Prototyping: Independently create basic prototypes and mock‑ups using tools such as Python, Jupyter Notebooks, or low‑code platforms to explore AI concepts, validate ideas, and communicate potential solutions to stakeholders and technical teams. Execution and Delivery: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features selected for general availability, providing guidance and clarification throughout the development process. Data‑Driven Insights: Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to leverage data for building intelligent features, actionable insights, and predictive analytics. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Lead cross‑functional initiatives with leaders in Sales, Services, Presales, SaaS Ops, InfoSec, Support, Product Marketing, and Marketing, participating in the Go‑to‑Market process to communicate AI capabilities and drive customer adoption. Customer Research: Conduct regular customer conversations to understand pain points and identify opportunities for AI to deliver value. Metrics and Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs for AI features, monitor their impact, and use data insights to iterate on AI strategies and improve outcomes, ensuring growth, retention, and customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI products or data‑driven features. Proven track record of delivering AI‑based solutions in SaaS environments. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and their applications in NLP, data analysis, and automation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex AI concepts into customer‑friendly language.
