HVAC Technician

Job Description Job Summary: As the Lead HVAC Mechanic, you will oversee day-to-day HVAC operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code. You'll be responsible for diagnosing system issues, mentoring junior technicians, and coordinating projects from start to finish. Qualifications:

- 5+ years of HVAC experience , including commercial and/or industrial systems
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- HVAC/R trade school or equivalent training
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Lead and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Manage inventory and equipment on job sites
