Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, skilled HVAC Installer to join our install team. This position works on residential and light commercial systems, delivering high-quality installations while maintaining a clean, professional job site.

You’ll work as part of a 2-man crew (Lead + Helper) installing systems the right way—not cutting corners.

• Install HVAC systems including split systems, package units, furnaces, and air handlers
• Replace existing systems and perform new installations
• Ensure all work meets code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the job
• Keep job sites clean (drop cloths, cleanup, respect for customer homes)
• Take before/after photos and upload job notes
• Verify equipment and materials match job specifications
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and managing materials
• Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs

• Summer hours: Crews arrive around 7 :00 AM
• Jobs run until completion (no rushing installs—we do it right)

• HVAC installation experience preferred (lead or helper roles available)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
• Valid driver’s license (for lead installers)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and improve
