As our Office Manager, you'll help keep daily operations organized while supporting employees, leadership, residents, and families. From recruiting and onboarding to administrative support and office management, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive and welcoming community. Support hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement. Work closely with community leadership while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members. What You'll Do Coordinate recruiting activities, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process. Prepare onboarding paperwork, coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements, and assist with new hire orientation. Maintain employee records and personnel files while supporting HR and payroll processes. Process invoices, assist with move-in and move-out administrative tasks, and support daily office operations. Answer questions from employees, residents, families, and visitors while providing outstanding customer service. Partner with community leadership to help create an organized, efficient, and positive workplace. What We're Looking For Previous experience in office management, human resources, recruiting, or a related administrative role preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn new technology. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting others.
