Requirements/Preferred Experience:

• SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support the SRS Wound Care Clinic
• Minimum two (2) years of full-time NP/PA experience in wound care required
• Experience with ostomy/stoma care strongly preferred
• Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license required
• Current board certification in applicable specialty required
• Must be comfortable working independently

Position Details:

• 1.0FTE full-time salaried position with a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule including one hour for lunch
• 100% outpatient position primarily based at SRS Frost Street North, with a secondary location at SRS Rancho Bernardo
• Evaluates, treats, and manages patients with acute, chronic, and complex wounds in an outpatient setting
• Provides specialized wound care, including wound VAC management, Unna boot applications, ostomy/stoma care, and patient education
• Develops individualized treatment plans and monitors healing progress to optimize outcomes
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive wound care to SRS patients

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
