Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities As a scheduler, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by ensuring all work is coordinated on a weekly basis across all shifts in maintenance. This will be done through SAP, and it is your responsibility to work closely with the ops team and parts coordinator to schedule the assigned work to the mechanics. Keep track of mechanics kronos vs SAP labor utilization. Scheduling down day work for mechanics in conjunction with the ops team. Creating & scheduling weekly pm’s and work orders to mechanics. Reporting weekly completion rate of pm’s for all mechanics. Working close with part coordinator on kitting and assigning work. Validate PM program for effectiveness. Provide backup coverage for parts coordinator. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,500 - $80,600. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications High School diploma required. College degree preferred. SAP knowledge for work scheduling and inventory control. Ability to work flexible schedule as needed. Ability to detail plan and schedule internal resources and contractors necessary to complete the required work. Able to define and articulate plans and scope; schedule, set goals, determine priorities, and meet target dates. Ability to get along with all groups of people to drive results. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension required to create and complete work orders, notes, etc. Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, leading a team-based approach to decision-making.
