About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as the senior financial officer, providing strategic leadership and oversight of all financial functions. The CFO will be a trusted advisor, working closely with the President to ensure that financial decisions are in line with the institution's mission and long-term priorities. This role requires extensive experience in financial management, a commitment to transparency, and expertise in nonprofit financial practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash management, accounting, investments, and debt management, and must be adept at scenario analysis to anticipate and respond to emerging challenges and opportunities.
