This role focuses on delivering AI-driven automation solutions aligned with governance, security, and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-level Power Platform and Copilot programsEngage business stakeholders to understand and solve business problemsDesign scalable automation and AI solutionsProvide technical leadership and governanceCoordinate across global IT, business, and vendor teamsTechnical ResponsibilitiesPower Platform administration and governanceUnderstanding of licensing, credit allocation, reporting, Dataverse knowledge, user and application user permissions, security matrixEnvironment management, DLP policies, Identity and access, ReportingPower Automate development (flows, connectors, integrations, APIs)Copilot Studio agent development and end to end deploymentUnderstanding of topics, tools, agent flows, evaluation, solutions and deployments in channels, security, analytics, prompt engineeringAI enablement using Power PlatformAgent orchestration within M365 and Agent 365Entra ID, Agent Identity, Blueprint, API permissions in EntraDevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Copilot Studio Agentic AI agentsCopilot Studio Toolkit usageSharePoint and M365 integrationMicrosoft Purview, AI Security configuration for compliance, monitoring and observability (Desirable, not mandatory)Leadership & Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder managementAbility to translate business needs into solutionsExperience leading enterprise programsStrong coordination across teamsProblem-solving and decision-making skillsClients ExpectationsExperience delivering enterprise Power Platform and Copilot solutionsAdherence to client's IT governance standardsProvide documentation and knowledge transferFollow DevOps and ALM best practicesKey Success CriteriaDelivery of enterprise automation solutionsAdoption of Copilot and AI solutionsCompliance with governance and security standardsEffective stakeholder collaborationMetasys Technologies/NVISH is an equal opportunity employer.
