We CARE for our patients like they are our own FAMILY.SUMMARYThe Human Resources (HR) Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for supporting HR functions which include employee file maintenance, renewable requirements, employee support, new hire onboarding, and other administrative tasks. The HR Coordinator complies with all local, state, federal and company rules and regulations.QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business-related field is preferredOne year of administrative experience is requiredHR and HR System experience is preferredProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new software systems/databasesPrior experience with Workday HRIS a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awarenessResults oriented with ability to effectively manage projects and tight deadlinesHandle, protect, and use sensitive and confidential data with care and discretionCollaborative work style and ability to work effectively across departmentsAbility to create positive impressions and communicate with a high level of customer serviceMAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Communicates with new hires to ensures all tasks are completed during the onboarding processCompletes background checks, reference checks, employment verifications, and educational verifications to maintain compliance with CMS, federal & state guidelinesCoordinates/schedules pre-employment requirements for candidatesResponds to HR Service Desk tickets and calls, ensuring requests are answered efficiently and effectively; escalates requests as neededUtilizes multiple systems to maintain employee data including but not limited to Workday, HCHB, HealthStream, Service Now, and RevverAudits files monthly for complianceMaintains confidentiality with all employee informationOther duties as assignedWe’ll help you put your passion for patient care to work.
