This role owns critical planning workstreams, including compensation, and plays a central role in translating financial strategy into day-to-day execution. In this role, you execute assigned tasks with quality and on time, working within a scope set by others. You decide how to approach your work; you escalate anything outside it. You interrupt bias, advocate for equitable practices, and share your knowledge with peers. Lead People: You build authentic relationships across lines of difference and foster inclusion and psychological safety.
