Are you a natural leader who loves helping people, solving problems, and getting things done? As a Team Leader at Elliott's Hardware, you'll be a key player in keeping the store running smoothly and creating an awesome experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

When management isn't in the store, you're the go-to leader —keeping the team motivated, customers happy, and operations on track.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example and bring our Mission & Values to life every day
• Deliver exceptional customer service and coach the team to do the same
• Supervise, support, and motivate associates throughout the store
• Help train new team members on products, selling skills, and customer service
• Keep shelves stocked, displays looking sharp, and the store ready for customers
• Monitor inventory, complete cycle counts, and help keep product moving
• Stay on top of pricing, promotions, merchandising, and seasonal opportunities
• Help identify and resolve safety issues and keep the store clean and organized
• Work alongside the team to hit sales and operational goals
• Become the expert on your store, customers, products, and local market
• Be a problem-solver, coach, and go-to resource for the team
• Become certified in key store functions, including forklifts, DOT, receiving, gate, and service desk

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a leadership mindset and enjoys helping others succeed
• Brings energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to work
• Is comfortable making decisions and solving problems
• Has strong communication and organizational skills
• Can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working with customers and a team
• Is willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Can safely lift up to 50 lbs. and handle the physical demands of a hardware retail environment

Hardware or retail experience is a plus—but leadership ability, customer focus, and a willingness to learn are what really matter.
