Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive care across diverse patient populations including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments in accordance with facility policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, and support departments
• Develop and implement individualized patient teaching plans and evaluate effectiveness
• Manage pain assessment and education for patients and families

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico or compact state eligibility
• Ability to assess and provide care appropriate to the age and condition of patients across the lifespan
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Demonstrated ability to function in fast-paced, stressful environments with flexibility and organization
• Competency in operating medical equipment safely and correctly
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and documentation standards
