Position Summary Stellartech is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage client requests, schedule service activities, communicate with customers and technicians, maintains records, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Typical duties include responding to customer requests via email, opening service and complaint records, and receiving customer medical devices. Requires skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving. This is a temporary position with a possibility to convert to a regular full-time position. Requirements Essential Function Prepare service records and complaint records in Virje. Close service records & maintain/update service and complaints in Virje. File all service records and complaint records documentation. Prepare customer document packages for service/complaint records. Mail if required. Familiar with Microsoft Office Products Unbox and remove devices weighing up to 35 Lbs. Decontaminate devices Support Packing and Shipping activities Provide quotes & weekly summary census report to customer Assist in managing DHR Scanning process Education And Experience High School degree or equivalent is required. At least 2-4 year’s administrative experience is required. Compensation Salary Range $24 - $26 The posted range represents the company’s good‑faith estimate for base salary for this role at the time of posting.
