What You'll Do

• Support surgeons during operative and invasive procedures and while maintaining strict sterile technique
• Prepare operating rooms with the instruments, equipment, and supplies needed for each procedure
• Ensure surgical instruments and supplies are organized, stocked, and ready for use
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments according to infection control and hospital safety standards
• Assist with medication handling under direct supervision
• Contribute to team meetings, ongoing training, and quality improvement initiatives
• Help create a positive, patient-focused surgical environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of OR technician experience or certification in OR technology
• Ability to scrub independently across all surgical specialties
• Completion of a two-year Surgical Technologist program preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to patient safety
