About the Role:
Join American Renovation Network Inc. as a Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling Specialist, where your creativity and craftsmanship will bring dream spaces to life. Located in Murrieta, CA, we are passionate about transforming homes and enhancing the lives of our clients through exceptional renovations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert guidance on materials and layouts.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct site assessments and measurements to ensure accurate project planning.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Certification in remodeling or construction-related fields is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for home renovation and design.
