What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff): Command the Shop: Oversee the daily hustle of our maintenance department. You’re the conductor of this diesel-powered orchestra! Coach & Mentor: You aren’t just a boss; you’re a pro trainer. Lead, inspire, and develop a team of skilled technicians to be the best in the business. The Tech Wizard: Use the M5 Planner to schedule repairs, track parts, and ensure our fleet—from heavy-duty trucks to alternative fuel vehicles is in peak condition. Safety First, Always: Ensure every bolt is tight and every repair meets our gold-standard safety and federal/state regulations. Problem Solver: Dive into complex diagnostics and lead the way on advanced preventive maintenance. What’s in Your Toolbox? Experience: At least 3 years of heavy diesel truck maintenance and 1+ year in a leadership or lead tech role. Knowledge: You know your way around engines, emissions, hydraulics, and air brakes like the back of your hand. Skills: You’re a pro with Microsoft Office and can juggle schedules and budgets without breaking a sweat. Grit: You’re ready to lift 50 lbs, work in the shop environment, and lead from the front.
