Talent Acquisition CoordinatorSher is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us recruit, hire, and onboard skilled professionals for our existing clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. We believe in creating an environment where diverse talents are not only welcomed but celebrated.What You'll DoReview and manage incoming applications.Contact applicants and conduct initial phone screenings.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients as needed/requested.Maintain candidate records within our applicant tracking system.Assist with creating and posting job advertisements.Guide candidates through the onboarding process.Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and required documentation.Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process.Help fill positions for Sher Staffing's existing customers.We're Looking For Someone Who HasPrevious recruiting, HR, staffing, or administrative experience.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple openings/requests simultaneously.Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Gusto.Comfortable learning new software and systems.Bilingual (English/Spanish) requiredCompensationIndependent Contractor (1099)Potential for flexible hours based on hiring activity$18/hr - $20/hr, depending on experiencePart time, with an option to go full time atLocationCandidates should be based in Central Indiana.
