Talent Acquisition CoordinatorThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports companywide talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient coordination of various recruiting activities. This role plays an important part in fostering a positive candidate and new hire experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team across the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle.Review incoming applications and support candidate workflow management within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and business leaders.Manage interview logistics and serve as a primary point of contact for candidate scheduling and process-related inquiries.Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant candidate records, including interview notes, feedback, status changes, and other required documentation within the ATS.Prepare, process, and distribute offer letters and route offers for appropriate approval through the ATS.Serve as the primary point of communication for new employees from offer acceptance through their first day.Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including background checks, required documentation, new hire paperwork, and onboarding milestones.Serve as the Talent Acquisition team's onboarding liaison, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee.Participate in regular workforce planning meetings with Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition Leads to understand staffing needs, open requisitions, hiring priorities, and critical workforce demands.Manage the recruiting email inbox and ensure timely response or appropriate routing of inquiries.Communicate candidate and new hire status changes and updates to appropriate internal stakeholders.Support recruiting reports, audits, compliance activities, and HRIS/ATS administration.Conduct employee/new hire check-ins to support engagement and identify opportunities to improve the candidate and employee experience.Support Talent Acquisition initiatives focused on candidate experience, employee engagement, and recruiting process improvement.Source, screen, and interview candidates periodically based on business needs.Ensure recruiting and onboarding processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established service-level expectations.Travel up to 25% within assigned local markets.Perform additional duties as assigned in support of Talent Acquisition and department initiatives.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or Construction Management preferred, but not required.2+ years of administrative experience. Supporting high-volume recruiting in the construction trades is ideal but not required.Bilingual English/Spanish Speaking preferred.Valid Driver's License required.Strong relationship building and networking abilities.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Gaylor Electric, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer including disability and veterans.
