Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description Industrial Service Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! This is a hybrid position in the Indianapolis area. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in identifying qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, and supporting the hiring process across multiple companies and positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and looking to develop through hands-on recruiting experience. Responsibilities: Source qualified candidates daily using Indeed and other recruiting platforms. Conduct resume reviews for multiple positions across multiple companies and business units. Identify and engage prospective candidates for open opportunities. Perform basic phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest. Assist hiring managers with scheduling interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist with job postings and other recruiting-related administrative tasks. Requirements 1-3 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience. Previous industrial or manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with candidates by phone. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Experience using Indeed or other job boards is a plus, but not required.
