• Proficient in using ECATS for tracking progress and compliance.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with general education teachers and support staff.
• Effective communicator with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and interventions for students with special needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs using ECATS.
• Provide direct support in classroom management and behavior intervention.
