Nazareth At Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals residing at home. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other activities of daily living.
• Helping with general light housekeeping.
• Making arrangements for or providing transportation as needed.
• Observing and reporting on a patient's condition.
• Keeping up with in-service training.
• Enters patients records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures; incidents and observations, reports any changes in patients' physical condition and/or behavior; observes and documents the health and emotional condition of each patient; promptly reports any changes to the supervisor

Caregiver Qualifications/Skills:

• Reliable transportation with car insurance
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• In-home caregiving experience supporting elderly clients with ADLs
• Experience creating a safe, effective environment
• Listening, analyzing information, and focusing on quality
• Dependability and punctuality
• Physical ability to reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and lift up to 50 lbs. while avoiding potential injury from transferring, repositioning, or lifting residents

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Any state-mandated certification
• Must have a valid in-state driver's license, provide current registration and insurance, and have a driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years

$18 an hour
