1st shift: 5: 30am-2: 00pm Pay: $18.00 an hour Type: Temp to Hire Weekly pay We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Dock Worker to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, organizing shipments, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is committed to accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Sort, stage, and move freight throughout the warehouse.
- Verify shipments against bills of lading and shipping documents.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Secure freight using shrink wrap, straps, and other packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock area.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or dock experience preferred but not required.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 75 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
