Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy strategies to support their personal journey towards functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills and daily activities, enhancing their overall functioning
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care for each individual
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to both patients and their families about therapy methods that promote continuous healing beyond your sessions
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes diligently and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients stay aligned with their goals

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and will be supported

Licenses

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
