Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all properties and units, ensuring they are in excellent condition and that tenants are satisfied. This role is crucial for the overall upkeep of the buildings.

Expectations

This is an hourly job with a set schedule. Monday through Friday. Must work 14th and 15th of month and first and last day of month for unit turnovers. Rotating on call for one week at a time. Must have a valid license at all times. Map is on during working hours and punching in/out at buildings. Skills in plumbing, painting, drywall, HVAC, and electrical necessary. Utilizing AppFolio for work order notes and follow up.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

❖ Diagnose and fix issues within work order

❖ Complete preventative maintenance as needed

❖ Prioritizing work orders according to urgency level

❖ Communication to tenant

❖ Update work order with pictures and notes

❖ Be respectful and clean in units

❖ Follow safety protocols at all time

❖ Communication with Maintenance Coordinator

❖ Execute other duties as assigned
