Collier's Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking HVAC Service and Installation Technicians who are motivated, dependable, and customer‐focused. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing a top‐tier customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Perform service, maintenance, and installation of HVAC systems
- Diagnose system issues and recommend solutions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes
- Represent the company with a positive, professional attitude

What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
- Customer‐focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- HVAC experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- EPA certification a plus
