This is not a typical corporate entry-level job. You will work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership across operations, lead outreach, marketing tools, and customer support. What You’ll Do:

• Drive Growth: Make direct outreach calls to leads in our CRM, nurture prospects, and help optimize our automated lead workflows.
• Manage Marketing Tech: Help manage and refine our social media and Google Ad campaigns to drive prospective leads.
• Build Systems: Identify messy processes, streamline operational tasks, and help build reliable workflows.
• Be the Voice of the Business: Answer incoming calls from clients, family members, and caregivers. Handle tough, high-emotion situations with grace, patience, and professional composure.
• Take Ownership: Tackle daily office administrative duties with accuracy and pride in your work.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

• 0–5 years of professional experience (open to recent graduates).
• Must work on-site in our Savannah, GA office.
• High digital fluency (comfortable learning CRMs, marketing tools, and automation platforms quickly).
• Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and phone presence.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong receptivity to feedback and commitment to continuous self-improvement.
