Design considerations for fixtures are safety, economics, and ease of use for shop technicians.* Create process procedures that meets customer and regulatory specifications. Procedures include factory testing, parts inspection, others.* Communicate regularly with team members and company leaders regarding workload and task details/gaps.Representative Qualifications:* Senior year student or recent graduate, Mechanical engineering or equivalent major* Senior year of college, less than three semesters from graduation.* Classes completed to include most, if not all junior level classes.* SolidWorks experience a must.* Strong oral and written communication skills.* Ability to work in an Agile environment.*No unsolicited agency submittals please.
