About the Role

The Company is seeking a Division Vice President of Sales for Retirement Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall direction and leadership to sales associates, ensuring the achievement of sales goals with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. This role involves being part of the senior leadership team, managing the team to meet revenue, profit, and retention goals, and working closely with other functional areas to ensure the smooth implementation of sales. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree in business administration, Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses, and at least 10 years of total sales experience, including substantial senior sales management experience within the financial or retirement services industry. Key responsibilities for the Division Vice President of Sales include growing the business and the team, providing coaching and direction for professional development, and managing the implementation of career development and succession plans. The role also requires collaboration with other functional areas, accurate forecasting, and reporting on business activities. The candidate should be recognized for outstanding leadership skills, professionalism, and business planning capability, and have a proven track record of leading large sales teams. Experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and a background in financial services sales, with a preference for those with HCM sales experience, is essential.
