Title
CA LVN - Outpatient Vascular

Schedule
3x8 between 07:00-18:00; initially Monday-Wednesday

Requirements
- Active California LVN license
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
- IV certification
- Blood withdrawal (phlebotomy)
- Minimum 2 years outpatient clinic experience
- Experience with Epic charting

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with vascular procedures and sterile field setup
- Support procedural room turnover
- Perform venipuncture and IV starts/maintenance
- Conduct basic outpatient vitals and assessments

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 120 hours
- Flu vaccine required; no exemptions
