Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification and state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in school-based, teletherapy, home health, or healthcare OT environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable adapting to different therapy delivery models, including virtual platforms

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing occupational therapy services to students according to IEP goals
• Developing treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Consulting with educators and parents to support student progress
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with district guidelines
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
