Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, providing direct OT services to students while also offering supervision to COTAs. Your expertise will contribute to students’ academic engagement and independence, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and school teams.

Qualifications:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapist certification/licensure required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable to changing needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students according to their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting functional school skills
• Supervise and support COTAs, ensuring quality of care and compliance
• Document services and progress in accordance with school district standards
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
